Steve Perdue, Pastor of Preschool
Although Steve
comes to Cornerstone as one of our newest staff members, his
experience in education more than fills the need for
preschool. Steve received his Bachelors degree in education
at OBU in Shawnee and his Masters at ORU in Tulsa. A
professional educator for more than 21 years, his expertise
with children is easily seen as you visit the preschool
department.
Steve realizes that a yearning for Christ can be developed
early in a child’s life and has a passion to see young
children learn about the love of God and the relationship we
can all have with Him. Steve has created a safe and secure
environment for the “little ones” and the
department continues to be a shining example of how
Cornerstone reaches out to all people.
Steve and wife, Donna, have four children and enjoy family
activities and travel.
Jesus said "Let the little children come to me, and do not
hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as
