Nicaragua 2012 Information In 2012, Cornerstone will lead our 7th team to the impoverished country of Nicaragua, in Central America. Last year we took a team of 57 individuals and saw over 450 people come to know the Lord! What an awesome testimony to the goodness of Christ! Forms Below you will find this year's forms. (Please use this year's BMDMI Application, it has been updated and old ones will not be accepted) Team Form Booklet (This has instructions on how to fill out forms) Please try to turn in your paperwork with your first deposit or by March 15th. If you do not have a passport, you should begin the passport process within the next month. One Week of Your Life Brochure Medical Professionals If you are a Nurse, Doctor, Pharmacist, or Dentist, we have to get you approved to practice in Nicaragua. It currently takes 12 weeks to get approved by the Nicaraguan Government so to meet our June 1st deadline, we need to have your documents NO LATER than May 15th, 2012.
